
Been wondering if I should maybe cut back on my phone usage but I don’t feel like googling it.

@Mr. Sandman: the National Institutes of Health recommends no more than 2 hours of screen time per day outside of work. I average a bit more, but I like to think that I’m doing important work on the internet!

idk, i dont rlly have a problem with sleeping but a couple times Ive woken up with my phone already in my hand. Guess I have a habit of doing it in my sleep.
